SA NATIONAL CABLE CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2007 SA Cable Wakeboarding National Championships were held in perfect weather conditions at Base 3, Midrand on Sunday 18th March 2007.

Despite the event being postponed for a day due to last-minute emergency cable repairs, 40 local cable wakeboarders and wakeskaters took to the water to vie for top honours in the various divisions.

Disappointingly, riders from further afield made the decision not to travel due to the low water level. However, Base 3’s water proved to be more than adequate to allow SA’s top riders to carry out some of the most awesome cable tricks which kept the large crowd of spectators totally enthralled for the day.
